Rust treatment
|
Parts
For a good surface treatment, all metals are disposed of all fats by means of sandblast. The rough surface is treated by an aluminium-zinc protection layer and is finished with 2-component PolyDur layers of paint; undercoat white and end colour grey (RAL 7021). |

Side panels
Special surface treatment of the side protection panels. After the disposal of all fats, the entire plate is thermally galvanized in accordance with the Sendzimir process. Finished with three 2-component layers of paint; undercoat All Metal white and end colour Auto Cryl yellow (RAL 1003). After this, finished with an extra coat of varnish. |
