The garbage on the surface of the sand is automatically mopped up by a big wear-resistant flexicoil roller. No problems with ropes! A wear-resistant plough knife absorbs the garbage under the surface of the sand and is adjustable in depth from 0 to 200 mm (adjustable by way of a third-point-system tractor). Two turning rubber shafts and a useful sieve surface of more than 4m² quicken the sieve capacity and limit the sand in the collection hopper which has a volume of 1.5m³. The cleaned sand is perfectly finished by a hydraulic rubber levelling plate.
An optimized sieve technique, a turning sieve belt with a useful sieve surface of 4m², removes all the garbage. Standard universal drive system for different types of sieve belts (MZFS-system) for the simple exchange of metallic braided sieve belts or sieve belt rollers. The metallic braided sieve belts are extremely suitable for cleaning small garbage such as cigarettes etc., and have a mesh opening of 15x25 - 20x30 - 25x35 mm. The wear-resistant sieve belt rollers, made of spring steel, have a diameter of 11 mm and are attached by two wide cam belts. They are available with a mesh opening of 17 - 21mm and are used for selective cleaning or for a lasting large cleaning.
The life span of both types is extended by an automatic stretching system which creates a constant pressure on the sieve belt. An adjustable slanting position of the rubbered drive shaft prevents the metallic braided sieve belt from slanting.
