Specially designed sieve belt rollers with a remarkable sieve drain limit the collection of organic material and prevent cleaning different kinds of shells. The sieve belt rollers are perfectly usable for an optimal cleaning in depth of the swash mark without limitation of driving speed. These wear-resistant bars, made from spring-steel, have a diameter of 11 mm and are attached by three wide cam belts. They are available with a mesh opening of 17 - 21 - 25 - 30 mm and make a selective cleaning possible. Sieve belt rollers offer the ideal solution for heavy work such as de-stoning, for a higher work speed, for little or no maintenance and for a higher life span.

By means of a universal drive system for different types of sieve belts (MFZS-system), sieve belt rollers can be easily exchanged with metallic braided sieve belts. The metallic braided sieve belts are extremely suitable for cleaning small garbage such as cigarettes etc., and have a mesh opening of 15x25 - 20x30 - 25x35 mm.
The life span of both types is extended by an automatic stretching system which creates a constant pressure on the sieve belt. An adjustable slanting position of the rubbered drive shaft prevents the metallic braided sieve belt from slanting.
